Organisation model and ethics code
On June 8, 2001, Legislative Decree no.231 was issued, which introduces criminal liability for a series of crimes committed in the interest or for the benefit of the Entities; it is understood that this responsibility is cumulative with that of the natural person who has materially realized the fact.
Complife, in order to ensure conditions of correctness and transparency in the conduct of its activities, has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model in line with the requirements of Legislative Decree no. 231 together with the Ethics Code, of which the Standard of Business Conduct is an integral part.
The above is a valid tool to raise awareness of all employees of the Company and all stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and employees in various capacities) for them to adopt behaviour such as to prevent the risk of commission of crimes covered by the Decree.
It was also entrusted to a collegial body, the so-called Supervisory Body, the task of overseeing the operation and observance of the model, as well as ensuring its updating.
