A quick abstract to the technical speech:

“Evidence describing the interaction of environmental and lifestyle factors with our genetics and their impact of skin health are increasing.                                                                              

However, genetic factors are not the major causes of chronic disease as these are attributed to exposome.

The term “exposome” describes the totality of exposures to which an individual is subjected from conception to death – both external and internal…”

The study that our Chinese colleagues will be presenting has been developed to describe the interaction of environment and lifestyle factors with our genetics and their impact of skin health. These findings can allow for more consistent claims that goes in the direction of improving skin care with more relevant promises to the customer.
