In view of the resumption of school activities and related services, which will increase the need for disinfectants for humans and environmental hygiene and the evolution of the national epidemiological framework and neighbouring States, the Directorate-General for Medical Devices and the Pharmaceutical Service issued the Decree of 7 October 2020.
The Decree renews the authorisations of biocidal products granted under Article 55(1) of the Regulation n. 528/2012 and reopens the deadline for the submission of applications for authorisation for a period of 15 days from the date of publication of this press release.
