Soft Focus:
Soft focus refers to a photographic technique producing images with reduced details. In cosmetic products, a similar effect can be achieved using (light scattering) particles able to interact with the light to optically blur the skin.
Parallel polarized digital photos are taken in standard lighting conditions. Photos are then analyzed by a specific image analysis software. Instrumental evaluations may be associated with clinical/dermatological assessment”
